We think strategically and align our initiatives to help our organization achieve its business objectives.The Manager, Digital Marketing is a key member of the Integrated Marketing, Planning & Performance team, responsible for working closely with multiple business partners to plan, design, and lead client-facing, traffic-driving online initiatives. You will provide acquisition leadership to generate digital traffic and foster a results-based alignment of digital activity. In this role, an in-depth understanding of digital acquisition, performance marketing, social media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), analytics, usability, and e-commerce principles will be applied to ensure digital programs are effective in driving marketing and corporate objectives.How you will create impact:

  • Collaborate with teammates and business partners to research, develop, and present business case/proposals for implementation of digital marketing strategies that grow our business and enhance the client experience
  • Act as a subject matter expert to business partners and stakeholders for digital marketing best practices and market trends, SEO, SEM, social, display, programmatic, website usability, web content direction and placement, affiliates and testing
  • Collaborating with business partners to plan, design, implement and measure the performance of digital initiatives and to enhance the user experience, in order to achieve marketing and organizational objectives.
  • Leading digital working groups with stakeholders to share information and solicit feedback and input into the development of digital strategies.
  • Coaching and developing your team, recruiting and selecting talent, managing performance and fostering a resilient culture to deliver strategic objectives

To join our team:
  • You have seven years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Client Experience and previous people leadership experience.
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology or Marketing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies and digital marketing tactics such as social media marketing, SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, content marketing, digital measurements and metrics as well as usability principles and best practices
  • A solid track record developing, coordinating, and leading projects that cross several functional business units.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out a network of key individuals across a number of business and development functional areas, in order to gain support and move forward with initiatives
  • Having Digital Marketing Certificates would be an asset.
