And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our team for the position of Marketing Manager, Investor Experience located at our Head Office in Guelph, OntarioJob DescriptionReporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Manager, Investor Experience will play a vital role in retaining Skyline Wealth Management Inc.’s (Skyline Wealth) growing portfolio of investors. The Marketing Manager, Investor Experience, is responsible for creating and driving strategy to ensure Skyline Wealth is appropriately positioned with investors. With support from the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will act as a key strategist and work with the broader Marketing Team to develop holistic campaigns and track marketing and communication activity.If you are excited about creating:

  • The perfect marketing automation journey that will be a world-class onboarding experience for new investors;
  • Deep diving in analytics to segment our investors for nurturing;
  • Creating an engaging newsletter and informational webinar content;
  • Creating impressive investor appreciation events or;

  • Proven track record in strategic communication, marketing, and advertising (an understanding and appreciation of exempt market investing is preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing both traditional and digital media.
  • Being proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation.
  • Professionalism - it means so many things, but to us its about taking pride in the quality of service we provide to our customers.
  • Secondary education in Marketing/Advertising, Journalism, Business, or another related field with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable.
  • Valid drivers license.
