Clinic Receptionist* Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, ordering supplies etc.* Greet and register patients, excellent customer service required* Answer phone calls and phone messages while managing schedules and relay relevant information* Manage assigned physicians schedules and ensure physicians time is fully utilized* Collect samples and perform certain rapid tests - training provided* Proper sanitation of all rooms and equipment* Proper control of busy flows* Ensure tasks assigned by physician is completed in a timely manner* Provides coverage for other secretaries during scheduled and unscheduled absences due to vacation, illness, etc.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentSalary: $17.00-$19.00 per hourFlexible Language Requirement:
