We are seeking a part time, permanent office admin/receptionist to become part of our administrative staff. The position would entail scheduling for multiple health care professionals, managing phone lines and billing to individuals and third party payers including WSIB and auto insurance companies. It also involves managing accounts receivables and general clinic maintenance responsibilities.Applicants should expect a fast paced work environment which requires multitasking and good time management. There is constant contact with staff and those attending the clinic for treatment, therefore, an outgoing, friendly personality is a definite asset as we attempt to foster a professional as well as kind and positive environment for staff and clients.The hours are from Monday to Friday and vary slightly depending on the day of the week but are consistent from one week to the next.
