Job Description

Our growing team of over 300 people is an incredible group of engineers, product managers, data scientists, & buy and sell-side experts.The Role You Will Have:

  • Maintain a high standard of office functionality, including but not limited to liaising with property management, monitoring and restocking supplies inventory, and receiving deliveries and other correspondence
  • Act as a point of contact for visitors, guests, and potential candidates to provide a positive experience with our company
  • Serve as the executor on inter-office committees organizing weekly and quarterly social events, health & wellness initiatives, and team-building activities
  • Support leadership with administrative assistance and work-flow management by creating organized processes and documentation
  • Grow a knowledge base of business operations, employee benefits, and employee-centric developments to better disseminate internal communication
  • Orient new employees by collecting required documentation and working with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Manage a pristine reception and work area
  • Greet visitors
  • Receive, sort, and distribute company mail and packages
  • Coordinate facility needs with workplace manager (i.e., cleaning, repairs, maintenance)
  • Maintain onsite inventory of System1 swag
  • Other duties as needed
What You Will Bring to the Team:
  • 3+ years experience in a similar administrative role managing an office of 50-100 people
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with both the Microsoft Office and Google productivity suites
  • Punctuality and excellent attendance required
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Strong problem solving and structuring skills
  • Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
  • A no-job-too-small attitude and a positive, solutions-based approach to problem-solving and interpersonal communication
  • Openness and flexibility in situations that require unforeseen commitment or complications
  • An independent work ethic and comfort with autonomy that allows you to handle both routine and unexpected developments with an even keel
