Job Description

Dean Groups Manufacturing division is now searching for a Packager.Role: PackagerLocation: Guelph, ONIndustry: Manufacturing – Food/Bakery**Please note, you must be done with your studies and be available for full-time work**Contract length: Ongoing ContractWage: $20.19/hourSchedule: Afternoons; Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pmPackager job duties and responsibilities:

  • Packaging cookies
  • Labelling boxes
  • Placing full boxes onto skids
  • Inspecting cookies and removing any broken ones off the conveyor
  • Other duties as requires
What you need to be a successful Packager:
  • Physically capable of lifting over 20lbs throughout your shifts
  • Comfortable with repetitive motions
  • High attention to details
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience is a bonus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
