We promise you’ll have a lot of fun along the way!As a PREP COOK your primary focus will preparing and portioning foods using standardized recipes and portion sizes.Responsibilities:

  • Complete prep lists to ensure that enough product is prepared and available for service
  • Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
  • Restock any low items during the shift
  • Perform all opening and closing assignments as instructed
  • Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program

  • Previous experience handling or cooking food is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Some lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
