Leveraging their product expertise, they execute training programs to Camis clients and Camis employees. As part of the Product Management team they attend client meetings and provide updates on product and training needs, actively mine tickets for training and product improvement opportunities, and ensure there is a tight feedback loop between users of the Camis Solution and the Product Management team. The Product Specialist is expected to have a high level of experience and knowledge about the functionality of the Camis Solution and act as a subject matter expert for internal and external users.What youll be doing:
