Successful candidates will be working as Press Operator helpers with opportunity to grow into a Press Machine Operator role. The main job of the helper is to stand at the end of the press and check for the quality of parts as they come out of the press. Other responsibilities include changing dies, using overhead crane, loading steel coils, loading dies and parts into press, etc.SHIFTS:Days: Monday – Thursday, 6am – 4:30pmAfternoons: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00amWeekends: Friday – Sunday, 5:00am – 5:30pm ( bonus 4 hours if full shift is completed)WAGE:$19/HR with a lot of opportunity for growth (progressive growth scale reaching up to $25/HR within a year)MUST HAVE:1: 3+ Months of working in a similar environment (manufacturing, standing, receptiveness, mechanically inclined)2: Reliable transportation3: Comfortable with Standing for 10 hours, repetitiveness, ability to lift 50lbsÀ propos dAerotek:Notre monde nous tient à cœur.
