NGF Canada Limited offers a competitive salary with a full benefit package.Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be to safely setup, cleanup and attend to machines so they operate correctly and produce desired results. You must maintain a good focus that will enable you to ensure quality control as you examine output to confirm what’s being made meets standard. You must be aware of the output goals that ensure sufficient quantity to meet delivery deadline obligations. Upon completion of training and with experience, you may be assigned to peer train and mentor future employees by explaining things thoroughly and monitoring progress carefully.Requirements and Qualifications:· You will be expected to work shift work, stand on your feet for a prolonged amount of time and need to bend, lift (up to 9 kg), carry, and stretch to perform your duties.· Possess a willingness to be trained on new equipment and techniques to remain relevant and increase your value to the company.· Communication is required as you need to be able to clearly explain your problems or give instructions to others involved in keeping operations running smoothly.· Independent as it is essential be able to perform the job in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.· Cool-headed and be able to handle the stress when problems happen with the line or if deadlines are approaching fast.· Arrive on time, stay on task and take pride in your job to contribute to better output and reaching production goals.· Some computer competency is required as sometimes production operators must enter data into the company’s system.· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by promoting safe work practices, diligent housekeeping and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.· Highly motivated and have disciplined prioritization skills, time management, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving ability.· Team player with a positive and cooperative style.· Good understanding of general production methods and lean manufacturing principles.· Completed high school education.· 2 years of Team Leader experience (or equivalent) preferredHow to Apply: Qualified applicants may submit their resumes with references no later than June 6,2022We thank all applicants for their interest in our organization, however, we will only contact applicants selected for an interview.Application deadline: 2022-06-06Expected start date: ASAPJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $27.02-$33.22 per hourJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From $27.02 per hourAdditional pay:
