Job Description

Wage: $55,000 - $65,000/yearAdknown is looking for Project Coordinators to join our talented team! We are seeking an individual who is eager to quickly get up to speed with our company and hit the ground running. Your focus will be coordinating project needs, identified by the Project Management Office, with the development team, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met. We have been very diligent about assembling a team of people who are passionate about creating amazing web products in an agile environment. This is an unbeatable opportunity for a Project Coordinator who wants to work at a digital media company with some of the best people and the latest tech.Duties

  • Working cross functionally with developers to create amazing products and solutions
  • Meeting with Project Managers and stakeholders to get feedback, input and insight
  • Become the voice for our PMO through ongoing solution discovery efforts and continuous feedback gathering
  • Supporting Project Managers with the development of product/solution requirements and assisting in building user stories
  • Understand final requirements, ensuring products/solutions meet the objectives provided by PMO prior to final delivery
  • Looking for ways to improve project management processes and develop new ones
Essentials
  • College or University diploma/degree in a relevant field
  • Comfortable and adaptable with a fast paced, quickly changing environment
  • Able to pick up and learn new software, technical skills and business objectives relevant to each project
  • Great verbal and interpersonal communication skills to work with others who are both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple job tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies will be an asset
