  • Budget Control
  • Estimates
  • Document Preparation
  • Vendor Relations
You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
  • Create and manage project estimates/statement of work in collaboration with the Account Manager
  • Build and monitor key parameters (budget, scope, resources, risk, schedule) while maintaining quality standards on all deliverables
  • Assign tasks to team members to align with client budgets and schedules
  • Support and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications:
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in Traditional and Digital Marketing Project Management
  • Must have at least 2 years ‘of experience working in an advertisement agency environment
  • Experience in the agriculture industry considered a strong asset
  • Must understand the project cycle of digital initiatives such as website development or app creation
  • The ability to easily build relationships with a multi-disciplined, collaborative team and communicate complex and interconnected workflows
  • Be a critical thinker that is detail oriented, extremely organized, and possesses excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent networking and liaison skills with demonstrated client management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client project budgets
