As the Project Manager, we will look to you to deliver each project safely and successfully. The potential is vast; the projects will be challenging, exciting, unique.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Contract Management: Assess and study the agreed contract of both customers and (sub)contractors. Have a deep understanding of the contract and critical risk awareness from project kick-off to close out. Ability to identify contract scope changes, manages change order to customers, and identify contract risks.Project Planning: Prepare the project execution plan, initiate and manage both internal and external processes by setting up the project organization in line with internal standards. Have an efficient and effective planning which directs the project actions from mobilization, execution, demobilization and project closing. Ability to assess changes & progress and takes corrective actions.Operations: Manage and direct operations in line with the Project Management Planning and agreed contract. Ensure timely and efficient services of the solutions in line with the contract agreement and work budget. Ability to manage and control the whole project chain with internal and or external resources.People Management: Manage, motivate and support both operational field and office employee with the provided management tools, and guidelines. Realization of a project-team which is able to meet the deliverables within a good working climate and achieve business excellence. Manage project(team) activities by ensuring the resources are available.Project Control: Monitor all project related financial processes and take action on identify potential risk areas in line with financial -and risk management guidelines. Ability to assess expenses and estimates; manage budget versus actuals; initiate, coordinate and track manage financial processes; and close-out the projectSafety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHE-Q): Ensure operation executions are in compliance with SHE-Q standards and procedures, and lead by example in regard to safety awareness. Create, implement and manage site specific safety plans, job specific risk analysis and other contractually required SHE-Q documentation.Reporting: Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses in line with the reporting requirements. Ensure the Management is kept informed on business critical information.
