Employees who are unable to be immunized due to a valid medical contraindications must have a Statement of Medical Exemption Form completed by their primary care provider.The Receptionist/Administration Clerk is responsible to provide a positive first impression of the organization to callers and visitors via telephone, in person, on-line registration, one on one. This role is the initial conduit between the client and other stakeholders, and the staff of WDGPH. This role must understand and provide client-focused service which builds and maintains the client relationship by interacting positively, understanding their needs, and making sure they feel valued.The Receptionist/Administration Clerk must ensure clients are served according to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and other privacy acts. This role will perform data entry within level of responsibility in a timely and accurate manner, the quality of work affects interpretation of data at all levels. This role is responsible for daily filing, scanning, uploading and entering of client’s results into database. This role includes frequent handling of cash and daily close out.Areas of Responsibility:
