You will work as key members of our Village and neighbourhood multidisciplinary teams to understand residents’ individual needs, and advocate for residents to actively participate in decisions about their care.Recreation Team Members at Schlegel Villages foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families and the Village team to deliver holistic care that focusses on flexible living and quality of life.Recreation Team Members assist our residents by the planning and implementing programs that contribute to a resident’s holistic health care goals, as outlined in Care Plans (including RAI MDS-Raps, Coding and Activities Initial Assessment), by encouraging physical, emotional, spiritual, social and cognitive growth for residents.To be successful as our new Recreation Team Member, you will:
