Job Description

Were looking for motivated, friendly individuals with experience in customer service to join our call centre team for the season. This is an inbound call center environment making reservations and providing support for campers visiting our beautiful national and provincial parks!Are you a cheerful, professional, and enthusiastic person Do you love helping others, using computers, or the great outdoors If this sounds like you, please read on!What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • At least one year of customer service experience. Call centre experience is great, but not required
  • A knack for computers and learning new software quickly
  • A love of camping or love of helping people plan vacations!
What Youll Be Doing:
  • Use our in-house software to assist customers with camping reservation needs including:
    • Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations for various park agencies
    • Answering questions about park availability and camping policies
    • Helping customers navigate the reservation website

The Details:
  • Start Date: January 3, 2022
  • Successful candidates will complete 2-week paid work from home- training class
    • Week 1 - Mon - Wed 4:30pm - 9pm; Sat - Sun 10am - 4pm
    • Week 2 - Mon - Wed 4:30pm - 9pm
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 20-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • The rate of pay is starting at $16.50/hour - with the opportunity to earn bonuses!
