Job Description

Were looking for motivated, friendly individuals with experience in customer service to join our call centre team for the season. This is an inbound call center environment making reservations and providing support for campers visiting our beautiful provincial parks!Are you a cheerful, professional, and enthusiastic person Do you love helping others, using computers, or the great outdoors If this sounds like you, please read on!*What will you do*As a Reservation Agent, you will be communicating directly with the public to assist with reservations and answering a variety of related questions. We provide excellent training and resources to support your success and a flexible and fun environment.Be part of a diverse group of seasonal employees who want to develop transferable skills which support a lifetime if success. Many of our seasonal reservations’ agents return each year and transition from seasonal to permanent employment as they launch their Camis career.*What Youll Bring to the Table: *

  • You are empathetic as you help address customer concerns and assist them with their needs.
  • You are personable, and some may even call you outgoing.
  • You exercise patience as you understand the customers needs and assist them.
  • You are always tactful and pleasant.
  • A knack for computers and learning new software.
  • Ability to think on your feet and communicate concisely.
  • You are friendly and good a good listener.
  • 1 year of experience providing customer service to the public.
  • Call center experience is helpful but not required.
What Youll Be Doing:
  • Use our in-house software to assist customers with camping reservation needs including:
  • Processing reservations, changes, and cancellations for various park agencies
  • Answering questions about park availability and camping policies
  • Helping customers navigate the reservation website

The Details:
  • Orientation Date: May 25, 2022 - 9:00am-2:00pm
  • Start Date: May 30, 2022
  • Successful candidates will complete 1-week paid work from home training class
  • Week 1 - Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Our hours of operation are 7 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
  • After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 25-35 hrs/week, part-time hours also available.
  • Office Location: Guelph, ON
  • The rate of pay is starting at $16.00/hour - with the opportunity to earn bonuses!
