Job DescriptionLooking for a new and exciting job opportunity Vivere is the global leader in hammocks, loungers and outdoor living. Vivere is actively looking for a new Outlet Store retail manager to help in our Guelph, Ontario location starting April 2023! This 6-month contract is perfect for a highly motivated person who enjoys interacting with the public on a daily basis. SummerVivere Outlet Store ManagerYou will report to the sales manager, whom you will strategize with to meet or exceed the sales and marketing goals of the Vivere Outlet Store. The selected candidate will provide excellent customer service and represent Vivere in a public setting. You will partner effectively with colleagues and compliment Vivere’s corporate culture by adhering to its core values and enhancing its global mission to relax the world.Responsibilities: - Open/close the Vivere Outlet Store Tuesday-Friday 9-5pm, Saturday 9am-5pm.- Friday/Saturdays will have outdoor tent sales throughout the spring/summer season.- Provide excellent customer service.- Inform customers on the specifics of each product in Vivere’s offering while communicating pricing and sales.-Use a point of sale to complete customer transactions and coordinate with shipping/receiving to have goods delivered or carried out.-Communicate with operations to ensure store is stocked and floor models are replenished.-Communicate sales and marketing events through social apps driving traffic to the outlet store. Facebook marketplace knowledge is preferred.- Travel throughout the tri-cities delivering promotional leaflets to residential areas.-Price the store each week for upcoming sales/promotional activities.-Actively clean showroom and fixtures.-All other duties assigned.- Must have own vehicleThe following are required qualifications.
