Goal: Assists our stager with moving of furniture. Performs day-to-day running around. Increase customer service by helping maintain vacant properties. Puts out and picks up open house signs.Tasks: · Assist stager/designer with moving furniture. Drop off any paperwork, boxes, pre-list /post list packages as needed· put on open house sleeves· put out and pick up open house signs· picks up commission cheques· Delivers client gifts· Property maintenance including cleaning, light lawn care· Deliver postcards to Canada post· Maintains van· Removes lockboxes · Checks in on Vacant propertiesMust have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
