Want to help us keep our community safe from diseaseWe are looking for a Sales Executive with SaaS-based experience to assist us in making shared spaces safer to re-enter.Who are weParticleOne is a part of RWDI Ventures, a startup studio from a global engineering firm that is the industry leader in building science and climate engineering. We combine the best of both worlds: the opportunity to work in fast-moving early-stage startups tackling big problems, with the credibility and financial stability of a well-respected engineering firm.Who are we looking forWe’re a team that is obsessed with learning, but there’s some things we hope you’ve already learned in past roles and can bring that wisdom to the team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or applied sciences
  • + 5 years of experience delivering SaaS-based technical products to large enterprises (landing contracts with annual values of over $200,000)
  • Experience working with industry partners, both in solution bundling, and in jointly developing client opportunities
  • Experience at small firms or start-ups is considered an asset
What will your role beParticleOne is growing fast and having great market success, and our sales team needs an individual with experience in selling technical software solutions to large enterprises.
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales and working with them to define and execute sales strategies
  • Learning and leveraging strong product, market or segment knowledge to communicate value to prospective clients
  • Interpreting and translating our science to a critical value proposition to clientele
  • Enterprising (public/private) level sales of SaaS products, while navigating complex networks of stakeholders to find and execute on opportunities
  • Forging your own path, building, learning from and evolving a book of business
  • Setting and exceeding sales targets
  • Working with clients that include some of the top names in commercial real estate and private industry
  • Communicating messages to and from our R&D, Solutions, and Operational teams
