The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work closely with other teams within Business Development department to drive strategies to increase product awareness.*What youll be doing: *

  • Collaborating with our Business Development & Product Management teams to market new and updated products and features to existing and new customers.
  • Developing and creating Camis marketing materials including videos, brochures, and social media to assist customers in understanding the benefits of our product and services.
  • Contributing to our content strategy and communications road map that clearly communicates Camis solutions & services, designed to inform and enable demand generation and sales opportunity conversions.
  • Detailing, designing, and implementing marketing communication plans for each product or service being offered by Camis.
  • Producing in-house videos used for product demonstrations, training, sharing of information and product education.
  • Producing monthly customer newsletter and tracking and reporting on engagement.
  • Supporting the marketing departments initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
  • Building engagement and leads by targeting government agencies including product messaging, competitive research & RFP responses.
What youll bring to the role:
  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing
  • Knowledge of principles and practices for determining consumers wants and needs, assessing and developing business opportunities and advertising products and services
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to share information, advise and influence
  • Exceptional social media skills
  • Intermediate skills in Windows applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Digital design experience/familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated self-starter who works independently with minimal direction
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
