Job Purpose and ImpactThe Site IT Contact will use proficient skill and general information technology knowledge to conduct moderately complex first-level support tasks with complex procedures for information technology infrastructure support and operations. Key AccountabilitiesParticipates in partnering and collaboration within team to execute tasks and meet customer needs.Perform moderately complex, first level technology support tasks to purchase, install, configure and maintain operating system equipment and software.Follow and execute on existing infrastructure strategies, process and systems.Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Other duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentMinimum of four years of related work experienceMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada Preferred QualificationsComputer Science BackgroundAbility to troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues in a timely mannerExperience with Technology Risk ManagementCargill is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing accommodation to our job applicants with disabilities.Quick Apply
