Experience in Personal Training, Digital Marketing & Graphic Design are strong assets.You must be a Natural Leader and a quick learner with outstanding retention skills, maturity, professionalism, and a shining personality, with a passion for helping and improving the lives of others through fitness, and must not be camera-shy! Paid training will be provided to the right candidate. A Proven Track Record of Strong Sales Ability (preferably in commission-based sales) is a must, as are Personal Training, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management experience.Assistant Fitness Sales Manager / Instructor Qualifications: An experienced Sales Professional, with proven experience in successfully rolling out initiatives, and achieving all Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Sales Objectives.The ability to effectively Engage, and Inspire a Standout Team of Fitness Sales Professionals.*A Charismatic, Engaging, Standout Personality with an abundance of tact and “People Skills”.

  • Career-Oriented, with the Proactive Initiative to seize Ownership and Accountability for all day-to-day operations, while setting an ongoing Leadership example in all that you do.
  • The Talent, Competence, and Stage Presence to instruct Engaging, High-Energy fitness classes to groups of 25+ Members. (Full Training Provided).
  • Exceptional Organizational, Time-Management, and Execution ability in a Fast-Paced environment.
  • An Obsession for consistently delivering Legendary Customer Service to our Members.
  • A highly Creative and Artistic mindset, with a knack for driving effective ongoing Marketing Campaigns, and engaging in results-producing Business-to-Business Relationships.
  • Strong Social Media Savvy and related technical skills.
  • Accurate and effective Verbal and Written Communication and Administrative skills.
  • A High Degree of Flexibility in terms of availability of working hours, including nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
