Patient News, the trusted dental marketing partner of thousands of dentists across North America, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales Team. This role is perfect for an aspiring Dental Marketing sales professional, focusing on prospecting, lead generation, and Outreach. As a BDR, you are responsible for sourcing leads through a mixture of tools, including email, phone, extensive CRM database, and social selling to generate interest, qualify leads, set meetings, and ensure a full pipeline for the sales team.The ideal candidate will be energetic and persistent, have a positive attitude, and be someone who thrives in working in a fast-paced, growing environment. There is an opportunity to fast-track to the next level Sales Executive role so this would be an ideal entry point to launch your dental marketing sales career.What you will be doing: · Source and telephone contact a minimum of 50 sales leads per day with the effective use of our extensive CRM database, sales tools, and technology.· Research and build lead lists based on targets provided to you, updating CRM database with current detail.· Contact leads via telephone/email/social selling to qualify the prospect and verify correct contact/account detail.· Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects on behalf of the sales executive team, attending meetings ensuring a smooth introduction to prospect.· Achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs set by management.· Quickly learn and understand Patient News’ unique value proposition, products, and services to effectively educate and generate demand from qualified prospects.· Quickly learn and leverage our state-of-the-art sales tools to effectively drive efficiencies and effectiveness.· Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records within the CRM.· Develop and execute new lead generations activities to fill the sales pipeline.The Ideal Candidate: · You are highly motivated, a hunter, who enjoys finding creative ways to connect with prospects and engage them in a meaningful discussion, and always with transparency and integrity.· You have experience with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and working with a Sales Engagement Tools (Outreach, Xant, or SalesLoft)· You are persistent and resilient – willing to put in the work to get that Yes!· You have amazing communication skills – you are articulate and get to the point quickly and clearly.· You are a great listener. You know how to control a conversation to receive and share information expertly.· You learn fast and can think quickly on your feet.· You are a team player and collaborator.· Eager to learn and continually develop oneself.· Embrace, adapt and contribute to an ever-changing environment.· Demonstrate accountability and ownership of personal success.· Work collaboratively with broader sales org to drive pipeline growth across sales teams.Job Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
