Collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders, they have the unique opportunity to be a strategic partner, offering valuable perspectives, steering project trajectory, and ensuring that the end solutions seamlessly align with business goals.What You Will Do

  • Plan the direction of enterprise-level AEM solutions, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and scalability
  • Offer technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge transfer and project continuity
  • Work closely with clients, project managers, AEM team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of AEM solutions
  • Stay up to date with AEM developments and trends and provide recommendations on how to leverage new features and functionality
  • Mentor and develop junior developers
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
  • Strong knowledge of AEM architecture and development best practices
  • Experience in integrating AEM with other systems and platforms
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Java, including core concepts such as object-oriented programming, concurrency, and memory management
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services and APIs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
