Your pathway to success starts here with a team driven by dedication and customer focus, fueling continuous improvement through value- added services, technological advancements, and employee training.Our Halifax/Dartmouth, NS location is currently seeking a Vendor Managed Inventory Supervisor The key responsibilities of the VMI Supervisor include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the delivery team in the Nova Scotia region
  • Managing delivery schedules while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Maintaining vehicle and equipment standards
  • Ensuring all team members are highly trained and competent with CribMaster and SA solutions
  • Leading a team of delivery personnel to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate possesses:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent; a post secondary degree in logistics, business or related field would be considered an asset
  • 3-5 years of logistics or delivery experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong leadershipamp; team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solvingamp; conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in logistics and software tools
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Work Environmentamp; Travel Requirements:
  • This role involves working in both office and field environments
  • Travel to other Canadian sites may be required to support implementation projects
  • Travel for vendor training within the U.S and Canada may be necessary
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet delivery schedules
  • A background check and security clearances are required to access certain customer sites (restricted area pass)
