Job DetailsThe Appraisal Dispatcher is the catalyst to the success of the Appraisal Center of Excellence through internalization and maximizing efficiency of appraisals. Assignments are managed through the dispatcher in order to maximize resources efficiently, monitor and balance workload and as a result contribute to our Legendary Customer Experience.As an Appraisal Dispatcher you will be required to complete the following on a day-to-day basis:• Organize all field appraisal/task requests in a logical manner based on the geography and capacity. • Dispatch appraisal assignments and photo-based estimate as part of the distribution of claims to Appraisers and independent adjusters • Review claims to determine proper location/appraiser for file • Assign claims to independent adjuster partners as required • Provide data regarding distribution of assignments to the leadership team • Re-direct incorrect file assignments • Regularly collaborate with peers and leadership in the Auto PD and Residential claim teams • Regularly collaborate with preferred independent adjuster partners and Vendor Management. • Assign claims appraisal requests within WorkCenter and ClaimCenter • Work as a national dispatch group to ensure work level balance. • Dispatch files in a timely manner to continue drive legendary customer experienceJob Requirements• Bilingualism (Eng./Fre.) is required for this role • Highly organized • Ability to learn quickly under pressure • Advanced time management skills within an environment of competing priorities • Ability to adapt to change of tools or use of technology in an ever-changing environment • Ability to review situations in a logical manner to come up with a solution • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Ability to identify possible gaps in process and recommend process improvements • Ability to work autonomously • Knowledge of WorkCenter and Claims Centre is a strong asset. • Good understanding of regions where we provide support. • Flexibility in working hours when requiredAdditional Information Please note that this role requires the successful incumbent to come into the office twice/week.Company Overview Our ValuesAt TD we #39;re guided by our purpose is to enrich the lives of our customers, communities and colleagues, and share a set of values that shape our culture and guide our behavior.
