They will also have a strong reporting relationship with the President of the Canadian Market and the Global Corporate Controller. The Financial Controller for Canada will be in charge of overseeing day-to-day accounting, as well as financial and tax reporting. They will also handle market consolidation, financial analytics, controls, policies, and procedures for all the organization #39;s locations in Canada. Additionally, the Financial Controller for Canada will support the Chief Financial Officer and the Global Corporate Controller in preparing the organization #39;s financial records according to the United States generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). They will also ensure compliance with statutory financial and tax reports and assist in the preparation and interpretation of financial reports for the Canadian Leadership Team.Scope
