Job Description

Job DescriptionAs an Events Assistant at Sphirea Plus, you will help organize and execute a wide range of events, from corporate gatherings to product launches and promotional events. You will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure that every event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in event management.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including vendor management, venue selection, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event details such as catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
  • Maintain communication with clients, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Support event promotion, including creating marketing materials and managing social media.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including registration and guest management.
  • Manage post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and generating reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as managing budgets, tracking timelines, and maintaining records.
