About This Opportunity The Wije #39;winen Health Centre downtown Halifax is seeking a 0.2 FTE to cover a maternity leave from April 2024 to January 2025 (end date flexible).This is a fantastic multidisciplinary clinic serving Mi #39;kmaq families in Halifax and beyond. The centre is located within the Mi #39;kmaw Native Friendship Centre on Brunswick Street. This clinic refers collaboratively to the other teams at the centre including mental health, housing, social work and so much more! There is a pediatrician and psychiatrist starting very soon as well.There are three MOA #39;s, a RN, the medical director, (who is also a LPN), a mental health LPN, and three other family physicians (who each work a day a week at the clinic).
