Competition #: 000C2-Jul1024D Position: Fine Arts Specialist Location: Halifax Regional Arts Department: Drama, Dance, Visual Arts Assignment: Fine Arts Specialist-Millwood Family of Schools, Term Dates: August 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025 Status: Term Percentage: 100% Start Date: Thursday, August 01 2024 End Date: Friday, February 28 2025 Posted: Wednesday, July 10 2024 12:00 PM Deadline: Monday, August 19 2024 12:00 PM Details: The Fine Arts Specialist is responsible for developing Fine Arts programs such as drama, music, and visual arts for all schools P-12 within a Family of Schools. The Fine Arts specialist will plan, deliver, and implement workshops and sessions in their family of schools enhancing the Fine Arts experiences of the students. This includes the coordination of community artists, musicians, arts organizations, educators, social agencies, and businesses to develop school partnerships and projects. Working collaboratively with a team of educational professionals.
