Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with expertise in one or more key areas.
  • Proven experience as a consultant or in a project-based role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
