We #39;re currently looking for a Local SEO Coordinator who will work closely with our local SEO team to assist our clients in improving their local search engine ranking through effective optimization strategies. As a Local SEO Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day local SEO tasks for our client retainers. Additionally, you will provide support to our Local SEO Team Lead and Specialists whenever necessary.What You Will Do

  • Create and publish content on Google Business Profile (GBP), including selecting images, writing and editing posts
  • Audit and update (GBP) and citation cites across the internet
  • Monitor local SEO keywords
  • Manage local SEO administrative tasks, including maintaining local campaign activity calendars
  • Assist with other SEO team tasks as required
  • Assist with reporting local SEO results to clients as required
  • Participate in SEO team training activities and assist with other SEO activities as required
  • Stay up-to-date on SEO and integrated marketing trends
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write and create content for SEO and/or social media
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to take constructive criticism as a learning opportunity and apply feedback as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
  • Familiarity with GBP listings and/or social media campaigns considered an asset
