In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.Your OpportunityBDO’s Halifax office is looking for a full-time permanent Microsoft Dynamics CE / CRM Developer to join our growing team, with a hybrid work model.Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy low code / no code solutions on the Power Apps platform that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365; ensure thorough documentation and reporting.
  • Prioritize software configuration using out-of-the-box capabilities, minimizing custom code.
  • Modify, maintain, and optimize Power Automate flows, workflows, integrations, and functionalities within MS Dynamics 365 as needed.
  • Configure and enhance Power Apps Portal / Power Pages using its native tools and capabilities.
  • Implement DevOps automation focusing testing and deployment solutions.
  • Investigate complex challenges, identify optimal and simple solutions, and roll them out in alignment with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring swift resolution, and maintain a commitment to quality assurance.
  • Display a proactive attitude, keen to grasp and master new tools and technologies, with an emphasis on low code / no code platforms.

  • You will recommend and implement quality or efficiency improvements to our engagements
  • You will actively engage in communication with people leaders to ensure understanding of performance and development, while identifying and attracting top talent
  • You will support our firm #39;s revenue growth by referring clients to other services lines and new clients to BDO
Your experience and educationRequired Experience:
  • Ability and eagerness to engage directly with customers.
  • Proficiency in communicating intricate processes in a clear manner to clients and the project team.
  • Knowledge of client-side application configuration, with a foundational understanding of HTML, CSSamp; JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with integration tools, leaning towards out-of-the-box capabilities of tools like Scribe Insight, Scribe Online, KingswaySoft, SmartConnect.
  • Experience in plug-in configuration with a foundational understanding of C# development; familiarity with the Dynamics CRM SDK is valuable.
  • Experience in ASP.Net MVC and API application development using C# is essential, but a strong inclination towards configuration and low code / no code alternatives is preferred.
  • Background in MS SQL Server with an emphasis on leveraging SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)amp; SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for configuration-based solutions.
Value Add Experience:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) 2013, 2015, 2016, Online and/or On Premise; emphasizing out-of-the-box configurations and low code solutions.
  • Expertise in Dynamics/Power Apps Portal configuration and development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure #39;s low code / no code capabilities (Function Apps, Web Apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially in configuration and development of Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps,amp; Power Automate.
