You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.The Role:As a Technical Program Manager within our partner enablement team you will play a critical role in our technical training to equip our partners with the goal of them becoming BeyondTrust ambassadors.A varied role where you will collaborate with multiple departments and both internalamp; external stakeholders to provide the necessary direction on our training and certification program, ensuring they are delivering to the needs of our channel partners and ultimately our customers.Key aspects of the role involve needs analysis, recycling, and reuse of existing content, development of new content, maintenance, and evaluation of the impact and success of these programs.What You’ll Do:

  • Perform detailed business needs assessments in coordination with the training team, as well as other stakeholders across the business in areas such as channel sales, channel enablement, channel SE, customer support, and professional services.
  • Coordinate scheduling, content, and facilitators for on-site and virtual training events
  • Act as emcee of some technical enablement events to provide a cohesive and engaging experience across multiple presenters from multiple business areas
  • Develop and evolve plans for effective partner technical enablement, delivered in a variety of formats, to meet the needs of the business. This includes enablement of GSIs, resellers, and service delivery partners.
  • Collaborate with training resource teams to execute on training development and maintenance plans.
  • Define and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and training.
  • Build strong relationships, reputation, credibility, and influence with key stakeholders at all levels across the business and externally.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience with a minimum of 3 -5 years professional experience in a technical sales or pre-sales environment
  • Experience with software or solution technical enablement
  • Consulting skills for development of training programs
  • Engaging facilitation skills
  • Technical English language skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Nice To Have:
  • Technical experience with operational technology, endpoint security, or identity security spaces
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Program management or training experience is a plus
  • Experience with a global customer base
