Job Description

Within our dynamic and diverse team, the candidate will actively participate in providing pension services to clients, building and developing client relationships and working collaboratively with other members of the team in order to answer to specific client requests.What you will do here:

  • Provide guidance, leadership and management for client teams
  • Foster the development of team members through coaching, mentoring and providing regular feedback
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Oversee all aspects of client service, especially quality of service provided by all LOB’s and relations with all parties
  • Provide proactive and thoughtful consulting
  • Deliver integrative solutions
  • Stay on top of developments affecting pension plans, and share with the team and clients as appropriate
  • Identify problems and implement proactive and creative solutions
What you will bring:
  • Have FCIA designation
  • 10+ years of experience in pension plan consulting
  • Very good knowledge of pension plan legislation and actuarial standards of practice
  • Ability and interest to lead and mentor junior team members
  • Exceptional client focus with strong professional acumen
  • Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ease in developing good interpersonal relationships
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
  • Master the Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
