On the water we boast one of the best equipped construction fleets in Eastern Canada; able to successfully handle a wide variety of marine construction jobs effectively and efficiently.LocationHalifax, NSResponsibilities- Assist with project accounts payable matching packing slips with invoices- Responsible for project employee onboarding and documentation tracking- Support project staff with administrative tasks as required- Responsible for receiving and filing of incoming correspondence and deliveries- Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager- Assist with expenses and MasterCard submissionQualificationsEducation Requirement- Post-secondary Business Administrative diploma or equivalentExperience Requirements- At least 2 years experience in business administrative role- Computer efficiency in Microsoft Office programs#LI-LS3Other Requirements:- Regular, reliable attendance- Work productively and meet deadlines timely- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment- Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
