Position: Quality Assurance/System Testing SpecialistExperience Required: Minimum 24 months of relevant experience We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance/System Testing Specialist to join our public sector team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through comprehensive testing and defect identification. As a QA/Testing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of software quality.Responsibilities:Lead the development and review of quality assurance and control test plans, test scripts, and test data.Participate in functional and technical design reviews, perform integration/functional and system testing, and verify test results.Identify, document, and maintain a registry of software defects.Collaborate with other project resources to resolve defects.Perform regression testing of software applications.Requirements:Minimum of 24 months of experience in quality assurance and software testing.Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control testing methodologies, including test plan development, test script creation, and test data management.Ability to identify, document, and maintain a registry of software defects.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Level II Secret Clearance of higher issued by the Government of CanadaAll candidates must possess a current and valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret or higher.
