Join us and be part of innovative and collaborative work environment.We are currently seeking a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our new Halifax office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and other aspects of mechanical engineering for buildings. They should demonstrate expertise in buildings decarbonization or deep retrofit projects, high energy efficiency projects and strong abilities in cultivating relationships with clients.The candidate should be driven to develop innovative solutions to engineering challenges as well as accompanying the clients through the design process.While working from the Halifax office for a majority of the time, you will be able to work in a hybrid mode. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the business development activities through the Halifax metropolitan area
  • Liaise directly with clients and maintain business relationships
  • Prepare or supervise the design of buildings including commercial, residential, and institutional projects
  • Work with the project team from conceptual and preliminary stages of design through to completion
  • Ensure compliance to the quality assurance and control program
