  • Preparation of fund administrator documents for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades for the clients.
  • Review and execution of these documents, as needed.
  • Review of custody outgoing swift/wires. Performing callbacks with third parties.
  • Allocating custody trades and wires to the preparers
  • Ensuring that all custody trades assigned to the team are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
  • Ensure all custody trades executed by the team have been confirmed and accepted as per the deadline
  • Prepare or assist the team members in the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
  • Liaising with client, third party and internal Client Operations teams for resolving queries and issues with respect to custody trade execution
  • Timely response to email queries to third parties and internal groups, as the case maybe.
  • Assist the team members with their queries on BAUs
  • Training associates and new members in the team
  • Participate in multiple system improvement projects and automation projects.
  • Manage a team of 1-2
