In this role you can expect to work with stakeholders such as field operations, technical support, external as well as internal customers.A problem solver, quick learner, effective communicator, the successful candidate will have demonstrated strong attention to detail and has the capability to multi-task and prioritize various job functions.Duties and Responsibilities:Task Completion Offline Report TasksExperience and Qualification:1 year of experience working within Eastlink (Customer Care, Quota or Workforce)Skills Efforts and Attributes:Customer Service Focused Time Management Skills Communications (both written and oral) Flexible / Adaptable High sense of Accountability Technically inclined; Excel, word, and outlook usage is high and will need to be comfortable learning and working with our internal software programs.
