Permanent Full Time Transparent Search Group, a leading provider of heavy equipment and machinery solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced 421A Heavy-Duty Mechanic to join our Client team in Hamilton, ON. We are committed to providing our clients with the highest-quality service and maintenance support, and we are looking for individuals who share this commitment.As a 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will diagnose and repair a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. You will also perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation- Accurately document all repairs and maintenance performed- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely and effective completion of projects- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions on time- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledgeQualifications:- Valid 421A Heavy Duty Mechanic license- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with heavy equipment- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Valid driver #39;s license with a clean driving recordOur Client values our employees and is committed to their growth and advancement.
