Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to:1. Operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.2. Carry out preparation of food items as per routine task list or as delegated achieving standards laid down by property policy and quantities as applicable to business levels.3. Ensure rotation of stock and the storage of all food items in accordance with health & safety regulations and company policy.4. Assist as requested with the receiving/putting away of food items.5. Carry out opening and closing duties applicable to the position and be competent in the completion of all duties within the shift in line with company standards and health & safety regulations.6.Be competent in the safe and efficient use of equipment7. Maintain proper pars of production levels according to estimates on the production sheets; maintain top quality freshness.8.Use leftovers and maintain proper storage of leftovers on hot food side. Label and date all food.Maintain clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas. Make sure that all stations are properly cleaned at end of shift and at end of evening.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $23.00-$29.00 per hourSchedule:
