Ledcor Employee Apply internally in Workday.DescriptionJob Summary:You are an experienced Drafter seeking a great wage, extensive benefits, and want to work for a company who prides themselves on safety. You have previously worked alongside crews within a heavy civil environment.Apply today to join the Ledcor Heavy Civil Mining team in Jansen, Saskatchewan!Essential Responsibilities

  • Produce drawings and coordinate files for the field work.
  • Create field-level designs.
  • Verify incoming job files from the field match design (QA/QC).
  • Maintain compiled drawings.
  • Produce as-built and turnover drawings.
  • Prepare survey deliverables for the client.
  • Create stakeout files.
  • Create machine files.
  • Produce piling reports.
  • Process drone data
  • Analyze volumes and create reports.
  • Track quantities and report weeklies.
  • Backup all survey data.
Qualifications
  • Completed 2 year diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Technical background in AutoCAD Civil 3D, SmartPlant experience and creating piping Isos
  • Proficient with Trimble Access and Trimble Business center
  • Experience with civil construction design builds on the fly
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work well independently or within a team environment
  • Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  • Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies
Work Conditions
  • Applicants who reside in Saskatchewan will be given preference due to the location of this project
  • 14/7 shift schedule; working 11.5 hours per day, overtime when needed
  • Work will be primarily Indoors
  • Camp and Flights
