Job Description

Ledcor Employee Apply internally in Workday.DescriptionJob Summary:You are a skilled Mason/Concrete Finisher with experience to support us on Heavy Civil Mining projects. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on the BHP Jansen project pouring foundations and finishing concrete pedestals . This project is scheduled for completion in October 2023 with the scope for this position being 2-3 months will potential for extension and ability to get on other projects.Join the Ledcor team in Saskatchewan today!Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reading drawings
  • Smooth and broom finish, dry finish
  • Operate a vibrating concrete machine and screed concrete
  • Grouting
  • Working with and alongside the formwork Carpenters to get the job done
Qualifications:
  • Journeyperson Mason or Concrete Finisher certification
  • 3-5 years experience in concrete finishing in an industrial setting
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Successful candidates will require CSTS 2020, CSO or BSO, Confined Space tickets
Work Conditions:
  • Experienced applicants that reside in Leroy, SK or surrounding areas will be given preference due to the location of this project
  • 14 days on / 7 days off rotational shift, 12-hour work days
  • Camp based accommodation provided for non-local candidates
  • Travel allowance provided from approved locations
  • Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
