Job Description

Morning Server – Jasper Inn & Suites, Inn GrillJob Summary:As a team our goal is to create an enjoyable dining experience. Your role in that goal is very important! At The Inn Grill/Jasper Inn & Suites, our Servers make sure our guests are welcomed like family.Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting & interacting with diners in a friendly manner
  • Seating diners quickly upon arrival
  • Taking food/drink orders in a timely manner & correctly
  • Shifts start at 6:30 am
  • Answering any questions/concerns regarding the menu or making recommendations
  • Bringing orders to the tables in a timely manner
  • Checking that diners are enjoying their dining experience
Qualifications:You are a team player who is excited to create a wonderful experience for the Inn Grill guests! You are positive, driven and have a glass half full outlook on life. Your other traits include:
  • A passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail.
  • Energetic, flexible, reliable, respectful, hands-on individual with initiative and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and people skills.
  • Friendly and pleasant demeanor, courteous, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous Server experience is preferred, but willing to train
