Job Description

What will be your daily pursuit:Hosting and coordinating employees for their arrival and at the staff camp.What perks can you expect:

What will you do in this job:
  • Responsible for daily time sheet reporting
  • Collect, track and input data on various measurables
  • Coordinate, welcome and host Columbia Icefield onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinating & facilitating tenant arrivals, departures and inter-residence moves
  • Bi-weekly inspections (and applicable administration) of employee housing, common spaces and tenant units
  • Distribution and inventory of employee uniforms for Attractions
  • Oversee and engage the team to commit and actively participate in various committees – Green Team, H&S committee, Social committee, etc.
  • Communicate and update staff notice boards, and Facebook social media page
  • Staff booking requests of our various attractions and lodging
  • Provide team with support and information relating to company perks and benefits
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the seasonal housing
  • Support a safe comfortable living experience for all residents
  • Support health and safety initiatives
  • On call first aid for our guest and employees
  • Other duties as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job:
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to assist where required to ensure operational successes
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must have a valid Canadian drivers license and clean driving abstract
  • Experience in administration or human resources considered an asset
  • Experience working with Banff Jasper Collection considered an asset
  • Valid First Aid, CPR or any nurse, EMS certification.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to assist with any first aid call on diverse terrain (Glacier, trails, MVA) and carry equipment to those different terrain (walking distance)
