Job Description

What will be your daily pursuit:The Food & Beverage Administrator will serve as a key member of the Jasper Food & Beverage (F&B) team assuming key tasks for communication, community, and financial development.What perks can you expect:

What will you do in this job:
  • Receive and prioritize requests for team communication within Jasper Lodging
  • Assist operations managers with uniform distribution, onboarding & arrival experience for new team members
  • Approval of Back of House (BOH) & Front of House (FOH) payroll in absence of other F&B managers
  • Bi-weekly generation of service charge reports for Director of Food & Beverage for submission to Payroll
  • Inventory, maintain and place all necessary stationary orders
  • Assist in preparing activity and status reports for Director of Food and Beverage and business stakeholders
  • Be the key representative for the green initiatives in Food & Beverage
  • Create and Implement a Food & beverage/Lodging team for green initiatives
  • Update and maintain Revinate reporting for Jasper Lodging, respond to online reviews
  • Confirmation of Banquet Event Order (BEO), F&B buttons and folio numbers are correct in Delphi
  • Liaison between reservations, marketing for IBE build and bookings for any specials or upcoming events
  • Compose & disseminate BEO’s and communicate internal Jasper events, and community events to the F&B team
  • Receive, review, and process all internal meeting requests, for training, orientations, and departments meetings in Delphi. Create and distribute reports and BEO’s for these events.
  • Daily updates of Travel Trade, BSS, and Tour bookings. Communicate changes and adjustments daily to the operations teams
  • To be fully trained in Delphi and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitor and update events from Delphi into 7 shifts
  • Compile, track and distribute gratuities for FOH & BOH for Jasper F&B Team
  • Assist in creating training manuals for F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Process all invoices in Centreviews (CV) for Jasper Lodging Food & Beverage
  • Ensure all invoices are properly coded, posted and updated in CTUIT aligning with CV
  • Ensure smooth flow and accuracy in all monthly inventory procedures and controls, by updating and checking storage units, Accounts Payable (AP) and prices, beverage
  • Assist in the inputting of beverage recipe’s for F&B outlets
  • Maintain stock for centralizing the liquor order through Connect
  • Assist in the development and follow-up on community support and charitable related activities
  • Track, monitor and report all community volunteering opportunities for Jasper Lodging
  • Compile, curate and distribute monthly F&B newsletter
  • Regular, structured verbal and written communications summarized and distributed for the Food & Beverage leadership
What skills and experience do you need for this job:
  • 3+ years of Food and Beverage experience, or two years working in event management
  • Extensive computer knowledge
  • Understanding of inventory procedures and systems
  • Micros/Optimum experience for programming and report generation
  • Cash handling and reporting experience
  • Proven ability to handle training and hiring
