What will you do in this job:
  • Ensures service standards are met and surpassed by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
  • Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customers come first” attitude
  • Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
  • Assisting customers in the selection of specialty coffee beverages
  • Maintaining customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner
  • Following company recipes and standards, following health and safety sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Adhering to cash handling and register policies
What skills and experience do you need for this job:
  • Possess a high level of customer service
  • Highly motivated and a quick learner
  • Enjoys multitasking has a high level of stress management skills
  • Communicates well and is flexible
  • Previous cash handling is an asset

What will your work environment be like:This fun, summer job runs from April 15 or May 15 to October 30, 2022.
  • Beautiful. You’ll work in iconic, unforgettable and inspiring National Park. You’ll see amazing scenery and wildlife. You’ll participate in team events – and fun!
  • Independent. You’ll spend your days in and around our historic hotel
  • Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
  • Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
  • Full time and part time positions available
