Being the inaugural Xilinx Premier North American Design Services member means that we have great FPGA designers with leading edge expertise, and we solve some of the customers toughest design challenges.We are seeking an Accounting Specialist, who will be a hands-on contributor in a variety of accounting activities as a member of a small department.Whats in it for You:

A Look into the Accounting Specialist at Fidus:

• Full-Cycle Accounting including but not limited to:
  • Accounts Receivable - customer invoicing, collections, payment application;
  • Accounts Payable - data entry of vendor invoices, processing payment runs;
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations;
  • Month-end close procedures including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting with Year-End Audit;
• Assisting and/or preparing bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now;
• Preparing financial reports for management decision-making.

Attributes & Qualifications Required:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree within Finance/Accounting or the equivalent;
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience with at least three years of professional finance/accounting experience;
• Expert in Microsoft Suite – specifically Excel and Word;
• Proficient with Quickbooks and ADP Workforce Now and/or other accounting and HR/Payroll software;
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and FinancialForce will be considered assets.
• Approaches tasks with a smile, tenacity, and a desire to problem solve;
• Highly organized and team player;
• Communicates effectively;
• Pays attention to detail.
